My name is Jon Snedeker. I’ve been a traveling Notary Public who specializes in helping people simply sign their loan documents! (Yes, you can do this too) The title is technically Notary Signing Agent, and you make $75-$200 per closing, and once you’re trained, your appointments will be less than one hour. In fact mine rarely last over 30-35 minutes now.

That day…. I was able to do 9 closings!

These closings occur when someone buys a home, sells a home, or refinances and need their paperwork signed. Its simple… They can’t sign their paperwork themselves and need a specialist to walk them through it, and help them sign and have it notarized.

Even if they were a Notary themselves, you CAN’T notarize your own signature… so they need someone else, by law, to notarize it for them.

Quite honestly it’s a fly under the radar job… most people don’t know it even exists.

You should grab our Free Training Webinar. 24/7 online access so you can learn on your time!

Just to let you know, you can actually be part-time or full-time and even run it as a business like I do, and become your own boss. You work when, and where you want, and create your own schedule… then only take the orders that you want to accommodate. Here are some other benefits of the Notary Signing Agent job!

Believe it or not, I’ve done almost 10,000 closings!

4 money

You can work at corporate making peanuts, or you can write your own ticket… it’s your choice.

The process is relatively straightforward. You work with someone like myself to get started, and learn the Blueprint on how to run it as a successful business.

You would want to succeed right?

Trying, or “starting from scratch” is a real bad idea in this business… so… I am here for you before, during, and after you take my course and earn your Certification. My proven models & systems take you further, faster… eliminating unnecessary expenses and getting you on the fast track to getting the best paying orders out there around you!

My absolute FAVORITE strategy is called “balance by start times” I’ve found a few particular clients who allow me to pull orders for 8 & 9 am, then usually do a 5 & 6 pm order. Its a 4 order day with literally most of the day off, usually pulling in about $300-375 that day.

You can simply register for our Webinar. You’ll learn how to make SIX FIGURES in this business, with other bonuses too!

Eventually you become a Notary for the state you live in. Most state’s prerequisites are very minor things, and being over 18 years old, and no severe criminal background are some of them. Then, you become a Notary Signing Agent and start working with companies who need these orders “signed” locally around you!

Believe it or not, they are national companies who schedule these orders, and many don’t have any “local offices” around you. My point is this… you see this opportunity with your mind, not your eyes.

My course tells you exactly where to go to find 120 quality companies to get as much business as you would like. You’ll also see 5 live closings, and get real document sets, along with everything you need to be a success in this business.

Trust me, I’ve never worked with more than 15 companies at once, and usually 4-6 is a sweet spot.

The bottom line is you can make great money as a Notary Signing Agent, if you are willing to travel to meet signers over and over again.

If you’re open to it, I’ll teach you everything I know… I really recommend taking my FREE training, but keep reading to learn more!

The title is called a Notary Signing Agent…

All Notary Signing Agents are Notaries… but not all Notaries are Notary Signing Agents!

I get questions all the time about how to become a Notary Public. In short, a Notary Public helps to notarize general documents. Take GNW or General Notary Work, forms for hospitals, and schools need to be notarized frequently and even daily! A Notary Public is someone appointed and screened by their Secretary of State’s office, and given a “Notary Public Commission” to screen signers and perform notarizations in their state! They are an impartial witness that confirms people are willing to sign, and are aware of what they are signing and to screen people and their ID’s for their “true identity”. It sounds harder than it actually is, trust me!

I’ve been a Notary Public for over a decade. Notaries are held to a high standard of care protecting consumers with their paperwork.

A Notary Signing Agent title allows a Notary to facilitate mortgage documents for the lending industry.

Because of this extra earned Certification, it allows them to make more money than regular Notaries, and be of what many consider a “higher use”.

Lenders and title companies need to know that someone who knows what they are doing can flawlessly help people sign their paperwork as it’s the last step in the process! Signing Agents & Real Estate Notaries know more about mortgages and how to talk about the paperwork and help borrowers sign lots of papers when it comes to their transaction!

Just keep in mind that BY LAW, we (Notary Signing Agents) are not even allowed to explain or interpret the contents of the documents to the signers.

We are NOT attorneys. So, you end just just giving a brief summary of the document, and keep things moving during the closings. They are quicker because of this.

Even though notarizing a document is the exact same process, Notary Signing Agent’s get paid much more than a Notary Public because they need to know more about what they are working on, plus they are required to show up on time, and drop off the paperwork at fedex/ups when the signing is complete with a pre-printed label.

My Blueprint Course will outline it all for you, helping you fast track your career! I’ll show you who to work for, and who not to work for, with 18 strategies along the way!

So what do you think…is being a Notary worth it?
