Do you know what are the benefits of being a Notary?

(Theses apply to Notary Signing Agents, Loan Signing Agents, and all other titles too!)

Few know of the niche of being a mobile Notary or mobile Notary Signing Agent bouncing from appointment to appointment closing many types of loan transactions one after another. You meet with the signer, help them sign their paperwork, and get paid $75-$175 per signing! Rinse and repeat!

Let me please list some of my favorite parts of being a Notary Signing Agent. YES I am still a full time Notary Signing Agent and make a living simply helping people sign paperwork!

1) Great money in little time. Does $75-$175 per signing sound good? They take less than an hour once you’re trained and are close by where you live.

2) No experience or degrees required. Just go through the process of taking my course and you can do that at ANY TIME. You do NOT need to be a Notary or Notary Signing Agent already to take any of my Courses!

3) You can be a full-time or part-time Notary Signing Agent, never a bad time… YOU choose! Many appointments are between 4-7pm so after your “day job” closings can be a normal thing to get started! You can work around the clock or work limited hours, it’s your choice.

4) Work when and where you want… turning down jobs is never an issue. They just call the next notary! We all take vacations! Create your own schedule. I talk about several strategies to do this in my course!

5) As a Notary Signing Agent…Notarial income is NOT subject to self-employment tax (consult your tax advisor). However my Blueprint Course goes into depth with it on one of my excel forms and shows you the IRS information and even the specific tax code.

6) The more you work = the more you get paid. Try that at corporate… This is one of my favorite benefits of being a Notary!

7) Very low startup costs! Consider a used printer or certified refurbished to keep costs down. Or pay an arm and a leg like I did. You’ll want paper and toner too! Remember each toner is per the printer type.

11) Sense of fulfillment helping people sign documents (not exactly labor intensive) in the community you live in. you’ll meet some great people and develop a great network in no time!

Once you know how to become a Notary, put it this way… I knew the exact minute at my corporate job that I wanted to become a mobile Notary Signing Agent and finally become my own boss. The benefits of being a Notary outweighed corporate big time! My goal is to help you transition into that moment for yourself! So I’ll ask what you think…. Is being a Notary worth it?

Notary Signing Agents help borrowers sign paperwork when it comes to their Real Estate transactions.

Because they have to bring and then drop off the documents after the closing via fedex/ups preprinted labels, they are compensated for a “total Job” fee. How much does a Notary Signing Agent make? Typically between $75-$175 dollars a closing. Closings again can take less than an hour once you’re trained!

Independent contractors set their own hours and even their own prices! Another one of my favorite benefits of being a Notary! Yes there is an “industry standard” pricing, but it’s still up to you how much you want to charge. My Notary Public Course will explain it all. Companies have the liberty to schedule it with you then and there, or keep trying!
